ZOKUEL
Hi our cruise was just canceled as we fell just at the tail end of the new shutdown. While discussing everything with my wife she asked a interesting question. "Since it is cancelled at completely no fault of our own will they credit us the crown and anchor points we would have gotten when our cruise was completed?" While I know this is not something rccl is probably doing it would be a nice relatively low cost incentive to help customers and keep members coming back. Just wanted to see what everyone else thinks of this.
WAAAYTOOO
While I have no first-hand knowledge of this, I have heard others indicate that their C&A points were awarded for the RCCL- cancelled cruises. F1guynz
Our 28th March cruise was cancelled but we have not received any C&A points. We did opt for the full refund rather than a 125% FCC so that may have played a part in not getting any points.
CowboyMedic
We saw points added and as well as a status change from Platinum to Emerald. Since then, the points have remained but we were reverted back to Platinum. I fully expect the points to be corrected as well. We took the FCC at 125%. Matt
It's just like airline miles. If you don't go on the trip, you don't get the miles/points.
