FloatMe
Would it be wise to make lunch reservations for sabor on Allure durind a sea day? Matt's review indicated there was a a lot of seating, I just don't know how busy they get for lunch?
DocLC
Do they take reservations for lunch? When I've been on other ships, they only accepted reservations for specialty restaurants at dinner.
firegal2539
I reserved my dining for the different MDRs online but I think it was mainly for the ship to have any idea of what time, did I want 5:30 or 6:00 since I chose early dining. You have to reserve specialty because they are quite busy but I walked up one night at around 6:30 without a reservation and they sat me immediately. I don't believe they do reservations for breakfast or lunch.
WAAAYTOOO
I know a few years ago we made reservations for Giovanni's on Allure for lunch but I think we did that on the ship. I don't think you can make lunch reservations before you board.
tonyfsu21
I have sailed several sold out Thanksgiving cruises on Oasis & Allure and have been able to walk in and get a table for 3 at lunch. Seems like people don't eat speciality much for lunch or I'm just as lucky at lunch as I am at the blackjack tables! bcarney

There is a lot of seating and there is so much going on at any given time on Allure, I think you will be fine rolling in for a table at your leisure. If you are really concerned about it, show up right when they open for lunch. FloatMe
tonyfsu21
^^ right on, Matt! Now that I think about it we always arrived within 15 min of the open time and it was seamless. Matt
