Is it possible to prepurchase a bottle of liquor for our stateroom or order it through Room Service on Independence? I have seen bottles of wine as Gifts, but not liquor.

There used to be a package where you could purchase a limited selection of liquor to be placed in your cabin.  It was expensive and very limited but for the life of me I cannot find it now.  Maybe it has been discontinued.  Aside from that package, liquor is not allowed in your cabin with a few exceptions for Star Class.

But be aware the liquor bottles are 375ml which is quite small.

Yes, but for 2021 cruises running at $90/day that may actually be a cheaper route.  Buy the Bourbon, Gin, Vodka and Scotch with the sodas they give in the package.  Carry on your 2 bottles of wine and a case of H20.  Open up your own speak easy in your cabin, selling to your neighbors at 10 bucks a pop for mixed drinks, 5 for wine, 2 for H20! Voila you made money and now you can pay for that DBP at $90 bucks.  JK!  LOL?
