Love RC
Since Royal has the Cruise with Confidence program which allows you to cancel 48 hours and get all of your money back, should I book the non refundable cheaper price? The way I understand it, your cruise fare is all refundable with the Cruise with Confidence program.

If you cancel under Cruise with Confidence, you will get your money back in the form of a Future Cruise Credit, not cash. That being said, I did switch my July Adventure sailing to a non refundable and saved $600 doing so. Matt
If you take advantage of the Cruise with Confidence program, you get 100% back in a Future Cruise Credit, not a refund.

I have to say...that nearly sound like a familiar commercial. 1st thing that came to mind was saving 15% by switching to Geico.
