gi333
Hello. Did anyone get their fcc for the 100% cruise with confidence? I cancelled my cruise 2 weeks ago and still did not get it and I still haven't got my precruise purchases refund for excursions etc. Thank you for your help
Matt V
I cancelled on the 11th. Still haven't recieved the taxes/port fees refund to my credit card nor the FCC email. Slightly worried it fell through the cracks. Might call Friday if I don't see anything. I already called once.
Bean79
Haven't seen mine either, they are probably severely backlogged. I did get an email about my onboard purchases being refunded but not my FCC.
Lovetocruise2002
I was also part of the first round of cancellations. Nothing came back yet, no taxes and fees, no shore excursion charges, and no FCC. WAAAYTOOO and Ogilthorpe 1
Ogilthorpe
We were in the middle of a B2B when the stoppage occurred. Still no official notification of the cancellation, no FCC email or refunds of fees or cruise planner. I believe they are overwhelmed with the volume of work. The message on the RCCL site continues to target 4/13 for all of this to occur. Since I cant check my RoyalUp status each day ... at least I can check my account for pending refunds. Not nearly as much fun ... but something to obsess over until this concludes Lovetocruise2002 and RCVoyager
Cile
My understanding was it will take 30 days for refund

Refunds for purchases like drink packages/the excess was supposedly instant. Still have not received any kind of refund other than the email. I should have been more specific. I check my Credit Card account for pending refund transactions.

YellowBrickRoad
I was first round for Mar 15 Cruise. Received this Thursday my FCC via email. My Cruise Planner refund on credit card was told will be within the 30 days of cancellation ( originally 7-10 days ) which now should be with 2 weeks.
