I am supposed to be on the same cruise. If you check the website, it is no longer listed. Have you checked your flight home from London?

No we haven't.  We are in the process of canceling everything hotels, flights etc. I talked to Royal representative and she told me they can't cancel the reservation, that I will get a notification.?

@Kata We finally got our hotel in London to refund our stay although it hasn't shown up on our CC yet. However, so far, Norwegian Air won't let us cancel and get a refund. I hate to say I hope they have to cancel our flight for lack of passengers and then we MIGHT get that back-and it is considerable.$$$$

Our daughter was in Prague and had to get back in a hurry and the airlines were gouging the tickets. Her plane was half empty but she paid a fortune.

Our cruise is for this coming week and we have not received any notice. Are you sure? And does this apply to all cruises are just from certain ports?

It may be too recent for them to have had a chance to notify passengers yet. It's been less than 3 hours.

All Royal Caribbean cruises originating from a US port will not sail for 30 days after midnight.

I just got off the phone with Casino Royale and they said canceled sailing are only until April 10th.

Well, the captain can't count! Our cruise is April 12 and it is cancelled. Try to book it! It has disappeared.

@Kata I am on hold now. I guess we will see what the agent says. I can't make the cruise because my husband has a chronic health condition so we will have to cancel anyway.. Yes, I just checked and it is still there. Well there is no way we can go. Americans will be quarantined on return.

@Chadster @Kata  I tried to fill out an online form for a refund for the April 12 cruise and it isn't included. So I guess it's still on and we don't get a refund.I can't  imagine going now. The  UK is full of coronavirus, the airlines are cancelling flights right and left, the Americans are running like rats off a sinking ship, events are canceled and RCCL is still going there? That's nuts.

We can get the credit for future cruises.

We bought the travel protection. I wonder if this will make us qualified for a full refund instead of the credit.

You can still get a refund via the "Cruise With Confidence" program, per RCCL's Facebook team. I know a cruise credit might not be what you're feeling right now, but it's always an option.

Friday, March 13, President Donald Trump tweeted major cruise lines have agreed to postpone new trips.

"At my request, effective midnight tonight, Carnival, Royal Caribbean, Norwegian, and MSC have all agreed to suspend outbound cruises for thirty days,' he wrote. "It is a great and important industry – it will be kept that way!"

That is what was posted I guess Royal Caribbean can't count or maybe it was fake news I was told my cruise of 4/12 was cancelled as it fell in the 30 day pause that Trump talked about.

I realize that but I prefer a refund. We’ve already lost money on nonrefundable air from UK. I am going to hold out hoping it will still be canceled at a later date.

Same here, I will prefer my money back. We got credit for future flights from Norwegian so we are stuck to flight with them. I bought insurance but I can only get money back if someone gets sick, plus a letter from a Doctor blablabla

Completely understandable. I'm certainly not looking as hard at it as a possible future cruise now, either. It seems like I'd likely be wading into a tough situation.

I would think with the cruise being cancelled.....travel insurance would cover the flight cost

I waited an hour & a half and finally got ahold of a rep. Our sailing is on April 13 is still good, but we also can’t see a mock booking online. But the rep said it’s definitely not canceled.
