MissyAppleScruff
Hello! We are getting ready to cruise in April and we are wanting to bring back cigars from Costa Maya and Cozumel. Are there restrictions on cigars like there are on alcohol, where it is packaged and put in holding until we get back home, or will be will we be able to enjoy them while cruising? Any advice is appreciated! Happy cruisin'!

You will be able to enjoy them on the cruise in the smoking area.

Back in “the day” they used to have an embargo on “Cuban” cigars and they were considered contraband. I think, however, that prohibition may have been lifted in the past few years. Someone smarter than me can probably answer. I haven’t heard about anyone having cigars seized, recently, so I think maybe that’s a thing of the past.
