I had Oasis booked November 2021 and switched with my TA to the Harmony GC to avoid the massive FOMO on the first GC I am able to make. I made the change with our awesome new TA who has been great. In my effort to not be a pest I thought I'd reach out here instead of bugging her. We made this switch February 21st and I see the Harmony on my Cruise Planner but never got an invoice for it; just a price via email with a note an invoice would come last weekend. It didn't and I have no doubt these agent are super duper busy being fantastic so I don't want to send a friendly reminder (be a pest) if it's not important. Lovetocruise2002 Posted March 4, 2020 Report Share Posted March 4, 2020 I have had a few times when the invoice has been slow to come. I just send a quick email to the TA and they send it. I just chalk it up to the volume coming through, sometimes it gets forgotten. Doesn't really impact me one way or another, especially since it's so far off.
