razsmom
Never having been on a cruise before, I'm wondering how you secure your personal belongings that you take with you on a short excursion… In particular the Western Caribbean cruise. I'm also wanting to know how big the safes are in the room for your personal belongings that need to be locked up when away from the ship. In other words, will it fit two DSLR cameras? DocLC
I try to minimize what I carry or use a light weight backpack. As for the safe, I doubt you'd be able to fit two DSLRs in it. However, I've never had a problem in 24 cruises putting valuables away in a cabinet when they wouldn't fit in the safe. However, I wouldn't recommend leaving them out. razsmom
arebee
If you remove the lens you might be able to get two in there. But like Doc said, I've never had any issues on board. We usually put our passports, car keys, phones, cash and jewelry in the safe but I do leave my table and cameras out (not DSLRs). If you put them in a drawer or in the closet you should be ok. Same for me. Never an issue. razsmom
