Are we allowed to bring USB extension cords (usb male and female ends only, no outlet end)?3. Can I exchange USD to Bahamian dollars on the ship? If so, is this necessary (our only foreign non-RCL port is Freeport and we're only planning on going to Atlantis)? Is there an exchange fee (right now per Google the exchange rate is 1 USD = 1 BSD)?4. Will I be issued a Card or wrist band for use on the ship?5. If we have the deluxe beverage package, will the ship deliver bottled water to our room?6. If we purchase the Unlimited Dining Package, are we limited to what we can get at each restaurant on each visit (for instance, could I order (2) different entrees from Chops during the same visit)?7. Aside from the Casino and shopping outside of the ship, will I need cash on my person for anything else? What about if we want to tip extra?8. You will be issued a card (for room key, purchases, getting on/off ship). Some ships have wrist bands (Wow bands) available for purchase. 5. No. You must get the bottled water at bars and restaurants 6. Don't know about this one 7. You are correct. No cash needed unless you want to do extra tips. 8. You pull into the pier, drop your luggage at the designated spot and proceed to the parking garage. I think it is $25 a day for 2020. There are some YouTube videos of the process. The ship doesn't want someone trying to order an entree for someone who hasn't paid for it - man buys UDP, wife doesn't. Man sits down, orders multiple entrees, wife shows up and eats one. It isn't supposed to work that way. Each guest needs to have their own paid dinner for specialty restaurants. That may not be your intention but you can see how some people would try to abuse the system. Historically if you bought just Chops it came with one entree. You could order multiple appetizers and multiple desserts but only one entree. In practice this remains how it is generally implemented. Is this for Lunch and Dinner? Or just $20 per day. Can you go there for something in between (snack hour) and still go to dinner at another restaurant. You can swing by Playmakers and order at any time and then go to dinner elsewhere. You could even go to Chops at 5:15pm and then Giovannis at 9:15pm and have two dinners that evening if you wanted with the package. Food coma is definitely a thing though... You may want to look at something more like this, which plugs into a standard outlet and provides high-speed / high-current charging ports as well as standard lower-current / slower-charging ones. I have one of these, and have never had a problem bringing it on board. Pro tip for when you get to Cape Liberty. Make sure to stay in the right lane after you get through the port gate. That is the lane to be in for luggage drop-off before you go to the garage, while the left lane is for people passing that area and going straight to passenger pick-up. And pay close attention to the men directing traffic, as they will tell you which drop-off spot to pull into, if you need to stop while traffic clears, etc. Believe me when I say they will tear you a new one if you ignore their directions! (I've witnessed this first-hand) Great info, thank you. As for the USB extension cord, I was more thinking to power a USB powered fan overnight that will be sitting next to the bed. I would plug the extension into our USB hub so power shouldn't be an issue. I'll keep your tip in mind when arriving at the port. I don't want to get torn a new one! IIRC on my Harmony trip the amps on the USB port was enough to charge my iPad on its own, but not enough if I needed to charge something else. So not dissimilar to a cheap 2 port USB hub.
