The general consensus is about $100 per person for a 7 night sailing. Some tip a little below that. Some tip way above that. Matt
WAAAYTOOO
Depending on what service was provided, we generally tip between $500-$700 for a 7 night cruise. It’s just the 2 of us. In the past, when we have had the Genie arrange large get together for us, we have tipped a bit more.
rjmols
We tipped our Genie $500 (we are from the UK and not really used the US tipping thing) Anyway we thought it was sufficient but he didn't even say thank you so I presume he was expecting a lot more than that ! On the Oasis and Quantum class ships, there are high level suites (Star Class suites) that have, as part of the service/amenities, Royal Genies. They are personal assistants to the suites and provide extra services like reserving personal seats, making reservations, expediting certain activities, etc. SweetPea, rtread and Zipitidoda

LOL I was wondering about the genie also. Being mere balcony cruisers we tipped our guy $100 and I thought that was generous. Ogalthorpe Haywood
This is something I’ll never have to worry about. Regular balcony rooms are enough for me. Zipitidoda and Fuzzywuzzy 1

Same here, although we are in a lowly Jr Suite for my 2022 Oasis sailing we do not get a genie.
