Harper Posted January 2, 2020 Report Share Posted January 2, 2020 We had an excursion planned for today at CoCo Cay, the swimming with the pigs. 2 nights ago I suddenly had tickets in my room for a new time with rescheduled written on it. No explanation nothing. I asked the shore excursion desk and they said they oversold so randomly selected who to move. This adjusted our plans for the day and meeting up with friends. Another lady on the tour said I should complain and see about a discount. I had t even thought of this, but does that seem reasonable? On the other hand if this is truly inconveniencing you then a complaint is warranted. Ask them to move back to the original time or consider cancelling it if it doesn't work for your plans.
