Maybe get a different/better offer by then. The offer code was the same both times for each offer. Interesting. So maybe they just opened up the date range. Wish they’d have done that last week as I booked for a 4nt on Indy in October because it was hard to make the time work with my daughters school schedule. Free interior room plus $50 free play. Only offered on sailings from three Florida ports and Galveston. I just posted about this in another area of the boards, I never thought I'd get this type of offer so I haven't paid a much attention to the casino threads and missed this one! I would love to take advantage of a week-long sailing on Harmony but can only sneak in a quick weekender to accommodate husband's schedule. I'm grateful for the opportunity though and feel like I need to hurry up and book or they'll revoke the offer It feels too good to be true, I did not think I spent enough in the casino to earn such an offer but boy did I try. I don't have any question here I just wanted to join in the excitement! We're able to upgrade from the interior to a junior suite for $540. We were looking at a similar sailing that would have cost us a little more than double before the offer came! We love our agent with MEI so I'm bummed to hear she can't manage the reservation but we'll get her next time. Happy sailing all! EDIT TO ADD QUESTION: I just hopped onto the Casino site to look at the offers there and see another one I hadn't seen before this, how can I find out what that offer entails? If I click REDEEM will it deduct the offer from my available offers even if I dont book? I am just looking to see what it entails. Unfortunately, there is no way to discover the details of the offer without calling Royal. You can either ask your TA to get the information for you or you can call Club Royale yourself and find out which cruises it applies to. It’s one of the shortcomings of the “system”. As the original date was September through December before it got expanded to July, any chance you think they’d let me change the sailing date? Tamerlane
We just received 2 separate offers (hubby spent a lot of time in the casino!!). Do the nights spent on these complementary cruises count towards Crown & Anchor points?

There is usually an additional casino discount. It has been running about 35-40% off the discounted online price (meaning the price after all the BOGO or whatever current “sale” pricing they are advertising). Sometimes the discounts for lower level upgrades (meaning non-suite upgrades) are better than the full suite discounts but that is not always the case. Ndfan89
Be sure to check your casino offers friends. There is a 20SUN102 code and a 20FUN102 code. My husband and I received both offers. We booked a JS in July (Harmony) and a JS in October (Symphony). Tamerlane and WAAAYTOOO 1

WAAAYTOOO
Just got an email from Club Royale saying that everyone’s casino status has been extended until March 31, 2022. It also states that if your “free” cruise was cancelled or you were otherwise unable to take it, you now have until March 31; 2021 to use it. Great news all around. WAAAYTOOO
Almost simultaneously with receipt of the Club Royale email, extending benefits, I also received an email from Marriott extending my Bonvoy status through Feb 2022. That is REALLY great news since I had obtained Titanium status and would NOT have requalified this year. Now I just need American Airlines and National car rental to jump on board ! Now only one I’m waiting on are Southwest Airlines and national car rental on status. I’d love to keep my companion pass for an extra year. Hilton, Hyatt, delta, and united have already said that they’ll extend my status.

WAAAYTOOO
Just one more reason to use a GOOD, experienced TA to book your Club Royale cruises. Our summer offer finally showed up on the website (20RFO103). Neither of us ever got an email. Be sure and check the website regularly so as to not miss the offers. It is for July-August Caribbean sailings. I decided that we could squeeze an early August sailing on Grandeur (only 3 days of vacation and no airfare) so I asked Michelle to book it for us. 1. This offer is one of the offers that they are not permitting agents to book. But instead of just telling me that and shoving it back to me to do, she went ahead and put a hold on the JS that we wanted, including the gratuities and said that all I have to do is call them and make the final payment. I received an initial booking showing a balance due. Unbelievable service, considering she will get nothing whatsoever for this work. 2. She then sent me a follow-up email telling me that the Bermuda sailing on Grandeur does not qualify for the offer. BOOOOO....bummer. But she said to just go ahead and call and see if they will let me pay for it anyway. I did just that and the cruise is now paid in full. I guess there is a possibility that they will bounce the reservation down the road but I think that's highly doubtful. Normally, once a booking is paid in full it's good-to-go. So even though Michelle will get no credit at all for this booking, not only did she do all of the legwork for us but she basically got us a deal that we would most likely NOT have gotten on our own. Why ? Because she has a relationship with these agents. It makes a difference. Having her as our agent makes a difference. She combined both of our offers (we both had offers for OV rooms plus $150 each in "free play"). We basically paid $73 each to upgrade this complimentary offer to a JS. What a great deal especially when you consider that it didn't even qualify for the offer !! whitsmom, Jdf and Ogilthorpe 1 1

Clearly its always whoever you get on the phone which is so annoying lol. I should of went ahead and booked the offer then but I wasn't ready to. But you got an awesome deal. I hope this ends soon and we can all go back to enjoying our favorite things cruising and gambling. WAAAYTOOO

I asked that same question about that 5 day grandeur sailing as well. Figured with it close, a nearly free one would be a good chance to try it. I also thought about trying to sneak in that August sailing 9 nights on grandeur that they have classified as Bahamas that is really a New England Canada cruise. WAAAYTOOO
Update: so, it seems my little scheme did NOT work. Last night I got an email from the Club Royale agent who originally booked the Grandeur “hold” with Michelle. She very nicely explained that the Bermuda Grandeur cruise did not qualify for the casino offer. So now we are booked on an eastern Caribbean cruise on Symphony (our first time on Symphony) for the same dates (1-8 August). More money than I wanted to spend since I now have to pay for airfare, but still a good deal. It could have been much worse. I’m sure Royal could have either charged me a change fee, since I changed ships OR she could have simply removed the casino offer and charged me full price for the Grandeur cruise. I guess it never pays to try and cheat. All’s well that ends well. It does seem odd to me that they would rather give me a free 7 night cruise than a free 5 night cruise....but they did. Go figure. Good try. Had a boss who told me once, “the answer is always no if you don’t ask” I had my TA call this morning about some standard casino rate cruises for July. They told her there was an offer in there but they couldn’t give it to her and I’d have to call. There’s no offer showing in my account and I’ve already used both the offers.
