The redeem button

Wife and I

Recommended Posts

I have always booked my cruise offers via the phone from the offers that were snail mailed to me. For the first time I just went on the casino royal rewards website to view some other offers. The descriptions are vague and I would like some further info on the offers. I am worried that once I hit the "redeem" button for further info that I may have started the redemption process and then I could not back out without losing the offer. Is there a better place to view these offers, or can I back out after I hit the redeem button to review?

I strongly suggest you call Club Royale instead.. All you have to do is go on the website read the offer code associated with the deal and they can explain to you what you get for each code.. If its a code for comp cruises just ask them to email you the list so you can review it.. I find the website basically useless and calling them is still the best way..

Welcome to the Blog !

Yes, the ClubRoyaleOffers.com website is very limited.  It does a very GOOD job of detailing your offers and a very BAD job of providing any useful information about the offers.

I recommend that you do NOT hit the “redeem” button (although I will fully admit that I have no idea what would happen if you did).  Call Club Royale (866-213-3116) and have them help you.  I did this last week for an offer I saw on the website and they sent me the list of the applicable cruises to which that offer applied.  It’s best to have the information you need first and then decide if the offer is something you’re interested in, or not.
