LeslieL
Approximately how many pieces of luggage can fit in the typical balcony state room after we unpack. I'm concerned with a family of 4 we will have nowhere to keep the luggage.
twangster
Can you "nest" any pieces? Put a smaller suitcase inside a larger suitcase then slide the larger suitcase under the bed. CruisinUpinLife, Neesa and djm619 2
rjac
Lots of room under the bed. We normally have three plus a duffle bag of scuba/snorkel gear.
MikeK
Most all luggage fits under the bed. If you are having a tight fit just lift up the bed and inch or two and the luggage will fit right in. Happy sailing

FWIW, this family of four never has issues getting rid of luggage. Of course, which ship you are on may dictate how much storage space you have. Harmony and Symphony have a ton of places to hide luggage, beyond under the bed.

As others noted, you definitely want to put the bags under your bed and nest them or smush one and put it inside another.

WAAAYTOOO
If you decide to pick up the edge of the bed to slide a suitcase underneath, be very careful that you do not dislodge the beds from one another. They are "hooked" together to form the double bed and sometimes, if you pick up one end, you will accidentally dislodge the 2 and end up with separates. ....not that this has ever happened to me.... <eyeroll> bobroo, Neesa, SpeedNoodles and 1 other 1 2
