TinaLouise Posted December 10, 2019 Report Share Posted December 10, 2019 I'm 27 days out (!!!!) and I completed my check in. However, I can't seem to get the SetSail Pass on my phone. Is it because I've already checked in on my computer? Is there a way I can get it to my phone? I thought the app would have it automatically, but that doesn't seem to be the case. SPS Posted December 10, 2019 Report Share Posted December 10, 2019 Have you looked under the "Person" icon at the top right of the app? Tapping there displays your Deck/Stateroom, Reservation ID, and a "View SetSail Pass" button. For iPhone, viewing the SetSail Pass will give you the option to download to your Apple Wallet app. Androids should have an equivalent option. The good thing is that you don't even need to have a SetSail pass as they can look you up and print one for you when you get to the pier. I did that earlier and my room and reservation #s appeared when they hadn't been there previously, so I don't know what's going on with it.
