I always get fast responses when I message Royal Caribbean on Facebook or Twitter. You really didn't say where you sent the messages and the voicemail (was it the dedicated Crown and Anchor number?) Sorry to hear, but I urge you to call the C&A # directly (800-526-9723). I've done this a few dozen time and rarely have to wait more then a minute or two. They are extremely helpful.
