When Cruise Planner isn't working (or I have no cruises booked), I search cruises by ports, and when I am at the desired port I look for the link on shore excursions. It isn't 100% accurate, but it is the basic inventory of excursions and prices for that port. It actually helps me decide if I like the available itineraries.
