BigBrust
Our GTY obstructed view balcony rooms were assigned today for our Anthem cruise on Nov 2nd. Deck 11 we got a 2D 11656 and a 5D 11586. Having never sailed on Royal before, which room is considered better? Both are mid ship, one has a sofa one doesn't. And, if anyone has knowledge, are these obstructed? Thank you!
BigBrust
one has a sofa bed and one has just a sofa- my bad
Hagar
586 does show a connecting room which can be an issue for some. The obstruction up on 11 is just the jigsaw pattern of the ships design which means you don't have a complete 180 degree panorama. Still a nice location though so hope you enjoy this nice ship. mworkman
There not listed as obstructed view on cruise deck plans, cabin 11586 does show as an adjoining cabin.
BigBrust
Yeah I guess my wife and I will take the connecting room and put the teens in the non connecting room- hopefully no issues with the people next door
Flacruiser99
The connecting room is not a Issue on Anthem as the door is in the hall as you walk in. BigBrust and USCG Teacher
