SpeedNoodles
Owner's suite, Empress. One is forward (bigger balcony), one is aft-facing. Forward: aft facing:
twangster
I'm partial to the forward facing one. I don't like the disjointed separate balconies on the rear. SpeedNoodles
ThyriC
I'd take the forward one. Aft motion is a bit much for me but forward never has bugged me. SpeedNoodles

JLMoran
I agree with @twangster about the forward facing one being better for the balcony, but I think I'd still take the aft one. Two reasons: Aft one has actual sliding doors in the shower, while the forward one has a curtain in the shower and the European-style half-wall of glass (so you get a grabby curtain and likely water on the bathroom floor) Consensus here seems to be that aft cabins have less noticeable motion than the forward cabins do. But that's just me, since I'm mildly susceptible to seasickness on the ships. EDIT: Didn't take into account that the forward one is two decks lower than the aft one. That'll mitigate the motion somewhat, but I'm still not happy to see a suite with a curtain. And the forward one also has the truly separate bedroom area, so someone can be the living room and close the door to the bedroom for silence / darkness. GregD
We chose the forward one for our upcoming sailing. We liked the bigger balcony, and the room layout of the forward room better. SpeedNoodles
twangster
I like the brand of toothpaste the guy or gal in the forward suite was using in the video so I’d go with the forward one. The Cruise Junkie
It Depends On The Ship. If The Ship Has A Flowrider I Pick Aft Due To It Being Closer To The Flowrider. If Not I Will Still Pick Aft. SpeedNoodles and Baked Alaska 1
WAAAYTOOO
I would take the aft one. The one up front has a horrible view SpeedNoodles
