I have never seen a ship that didn't match the local time of the port it was in. That being said, I would arrive before noon your time. The earlier you can get to the port the faster you can start your cruise. They usually start letting passengers on about 10:30-11 am. Enjoy your cruise! JLMoran Posted October 13, 2019 Report Share Posted October 13, 2019 I agree with @lambdabeta, get to the cruise port as early as possible so you can maximize your embarkation day time onboard. Regarding the app, it's known to be inaccurate or incomplete in other areas (onboard activities, menus, etc.), so it wouldn't surprise me to find that it's still on Atlantic Time if they sailed up that way last.
