AlayneR
Hello, sailing on the Empress departing on Thursday 10/17 and just wondering if we are allowed to bring protein powder on board?
Lovetocruise2002
I don’t have first hand experience but I know people who have had no trouble bringing it on board.
bhageerah
I bring it all the time, and have not had one issue! I have had it in the original container, zip lock bags as well as in a plastic food storage container, no issues whatsoever!
Matt
I don't see why not.

Gaggi
Protein powder is not prohibited for transportation on a ship, because protein powder is not a medicine, but is a regular sports supplement. Also, various peptides can be transported on board, which are already protein supplements, I learned about this at https://paradigmpeptides.com /, and then I began to carry these pills with me and take them with food. This remedy helps to build muscle due to its high protein content. There are gyms on board the ship, and therefore these pills and protein powder will be very useful. Although they are for different purposes, however, both vehicles are allowed for transportation. I wish you a successful trip, take care of yourself!
