Malcolm K
Our cruise on Quantum of the Seas calls at 3 ports on Vietnam. Will I require a visa if I disembark at each port or will my British passport give me visa exemption?
KathyC
Oh boy, that's a tough question for most of us. Maybe Annie can answer that, she's from the UK. @Matt can you tag her? I'm not sure which Annie she is.
KristiZ
When we last had stops in Vietnam, the ship arranged for our visas day-of for a $6 fee. Granted, we are Americans, but at least at the time the visa requirements are the same. It was listed in our cruise docs. However, if you want to be totally certain, the e-visa process for Vietnam is very simple. It just costs more.
12thman
This is the company Royal Caribbean recommends for Americans you might see if they do British citizens. https://visacentral.com/tourkits?bookmark=1&login=royalcaribbean Just tried entering the information as a British citizen living in the states and it said you do need a Visa. You should verify it for yourself though.
DRLPP
Just a note on VisaCentral through Royal. I need ETA''s for NZ and Australia and when I check on VisaCentral there is a processing fee. You are able to get ETAs directly from government sights for NZ and Australia without a processing fee. Not sure of Vietnam but mentioned just so you check your options. KristiZ and Baked Alaska

On the how to apply section it says click "here " for countries that are exempt from visa requirements. Uk is on this list
