They know the proper way to behave in a gym and a parent was always with them. No one ever said anything. JLMoran Posted September 24, 2019 Report Share Posted September 24, 2019 As others have said, 16 is the official minimum for the gym. To add to that, some of the classes like the morning yoga sessions are officially only age 18 and older; my older daughter ran into that when we all sailed on Freedom last year, as she was still a few months shy of 18. Unlike the gym, where the kids can use it without issues if a parent is there, I was told a parent had to sign a waiver for a minor to take one of those classes.
