lisa6191
Hi - I have already purchased Thrill waterpark passes for our Coco Cay day. Now I am trying to purchase the full day Chill Island beach bed (the one for $199) and when I get to the final step, it says I have a calendar conflict. Can you only book one or the other? That seems silly.
GregD
This does seem silly. Another RC IT goof maybe? I would call them and see what is going on.
ChrisK2793
You have to call them to book the second one. I had the same thing happen to me when I tried to book the Waterpark and balloon ride in the same day thru the cruise planner. A simple phone call and they booked the second one for me. Same happened to us. Yes. You need to call them. Can’t do it online without a conflict popping up. Silly right!?

Pima1988
Do you have kids with you? I could see that occurring because anybody under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. By not allowing it, it could be to stop passengers from dropping off their kids and than going to Chill or Oasis. Not saying that is still not silly, because the fact is they can still do that and lay on a free lounger. It is just a thought of why from an insurance reason they may block it on line. Unfortunately, all four of us have the Thrill passes, so there is nobody to reserve the beach bed under. I did think of that though, it's a good solution. Nope, my kids are in their 20's.
fgarvin
This is still an issue. I've got three water park passes and cruise planner won't allow me to reserve a cabana on South Beach. It's telling me I have a calendar conflict. Cruise Planner had no issues with the exact same reservations last cruise...grrrrr.
GlowTheWeird
You need to call directly or have your agent call and book it, it always comes up with a conflict for us. Hit or miss it seems. We couldn’t purchase thrill water park tickets when we had our chill island cabana.... kept saying conflict. Phone call took care of it.
