khart
My kids are in one room and we are in another, we all have early seating. Do we have to reserve a table for the 5 of us online or when we board?
WAAAYTOOO
Assuming you have My Time Dining, you can do it either way. It is generally helpful to have dinner reservations made before sailing BUT it is also nice to have the flexibility to eat whenever you want to. My recommendation would be to make a reservation for the 5 of you for the first night and then wait until you get onboard to decide about the rest. Once you decide when and where you will go to shows, etc you can always either make dinner reservations day-by-day or just show up whenever you’re ready to eat. khart
We all have early seating in the dining room. My confusion is how to we tell them we want to sit together if we are in 2 seperate rooms. Love these boards!
WAAAYTOOO
You can (and should) have your reservations linked. Your agent can do this for you or if you booked directly with Royal you can call and have them link the reservations.
PG Cruiser
Don’t fret too much about this. The dining staff deals with this all the time. In my last cruise, I was with 7 families, 8 staterooms total. There was a mix up in the online and over the phone reservations but it was quickly sorted out on the first night. ellcee
You can most definitely link yourself or have your TA link your reservations. Then you have a quick chat once you board with the dining manager.
ChrisK2793
Make reservations for every night before the cruise. We’re on Symphony right now and I’ve noticed the MTD line for people without reservations is HUGE every night
Hoski
You can link your reservations online through the cruise planner. Our family of 5 always has 2 or more staterooms and we link them then make the reservations online.
