Monie71
First time cruisers sailing to Nassau and Coco Cay —planning on getting passport cards —do we still need to bring our birth certificates on board? Thanks
twangster
No. One you have a Passport of either kind you no longer need your birth certificates. If you are going through the motion of getting a Passport Card have you considered a Passport Book? The card is good for land and sea travel ony, a passport book is required to fly. If you are going to do just one, the book is a better idea. sk8erguy1978 and Dan05
Dan05
We are going on the same itinerary and opted for the passport book. It's more significantly more expensive than the card, but we'll be covered if we do any kind of international travel in the next 10 years. Yo2slick
We bought both the Passport book and the card. Used the book to get through security when boarding and through immigration on disembarkation. We opted to leave the passport books in our safe and took the cards with us at ports of call. Worked out great! ChrisK2793
