El Cozumeleno vs Nachi Cocum

My husband and I are going to Cozumel next month and are trying to decide on a beach club. I see both of these are favored in many blog posts. Both are going for the same price ($55pp) for all inclusive packages. Has anyone been to both and have a preference? We are in port 7:30-5pm so we expect to spend most of the day there. Any tips or thoughts? We are horrible indecisive people and need all the help we can get

We have been to Nachi Cocum and from what I saw on the El Coz website the beach is much smaller than Nachi. And it does not look like there is any shade on the beach. Nachi has palapas on the beach, around the pool and in the trees back from the beach. Plus Nachi is limited to 100 guests. They also have a very large covered outdoor porch where you can eat/drink if it starts to rain. You also get a LOT of food for lunch, so go hungry! Hope this helps.

thanks! I think we will take your advice and book Nachi for the day! We can always go back and try El Coz

Are these bookable via the cruise planner or are they 3rd party bookings?  We are going through there on one of our booked sailings.

My daughter and I have both been to Nachi a couple of times. She has been to El Cozumeleno once with her brother. She far prefers El Coz, and she loved Nachi.

@DublinFC I found El Coz bookable on a couple different third party sites, but not through cruise planner. Nachi only seemed available through their website
