Kels2019
Hi all I've just booked my first ever cruise (Freedom of the seas) next May and I have a few questions as a newbie... I booked direct with Royal Caribbean including flights. At the time of booking I didn't enter our passport details for APIS/Flight information as my partner will need to renew his passport as it expires before we travel. I have read online that it says I should give this information to RC within 7 days of booking - can anybody shed some light on this? It will take a few weeks for a new passport to be issued. Does anybody also know when they issue you a flight booking reference to check in? Super confused with the cruise package process at the moment haha. Many thanks! BunnyHutt
My bestie and I cruised back in July, booked in May 2018. We didn’t provide our passport info to RC until we completed our online docs which weren’t available until April 2019. I’ve never done Air2Sea, but when flying internationally, I’ve just input our passport info when checking in for our flights. WAAAYTOOO
I don’t think there is a 7 day deadline...but I could be wrong. I’ve done very little booking with A2S over the years.
MO & LO on the go!
90 days out from embarkation day you can complete your online check in on the Royal website and enter it there. I personally would do it as soon as you are able within the 90 days before just to be sure. I think the deadline is only because they close the online check in several days before cruise and you can't enter or change anything. You can always just show it at the port but it is WAYYYYY easier to do everything ahead of time!!!!! ChessE4

When we have booked with Air2Sea we did it through our Travel Agent. She provided us the PNR code. We then went directly to Delta and selected seas and entered our SkyMiles #. How did you book your flight? If nothing else contact Air2Sea and they should be able to provide you the booking #. Are you sure it is not on your receipt?
