play slots royale carrbbea Posted August 18, 2019 Report Share Posted August 18, 2019 I book a cruise with USAA royale carrbbean said i cant use my play slots reward chips on this cruise only on new booking this where the fraud comes in from both companys i try to redeem the chips and they want me to book another cruise to use them i got a promotion from royale carrbbean two month before sailing i started this booking in january never got a promotion all year sailing in september dont send a promotion you want me buy another cruise THEY WRONG FOR THAT and play slots need to make them honor the chips they offer with out the drama Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
