They should be in your room when you get there or delivered that night. At least, that's the way is suppose to happen. On my last cruise, we didn't receive one set of tickets for some reason, so they reprinted them at the Shore Excursions desk for us. If you don't have them by the night before your tour, just go to the Shore Excursions desk. Except for this one exception, they've always been delivered to our cabin.
