Yo2slick
Hey everyone, when you book an excursion through Royal do you need to print a receipt to prove you're paid up or how does that work when going on your excursion?
WAAAYTOOO
I’ve never needed a receipt. ...but I’ve never had them fail to deliver my tickets to my room, either. Not sure what you would do if you booked and paid for an excursion and they had no record of it. Yo2slick
twangster
Tickets will be delivered to your cabin. They will list the time and meeting place. They are all you need. Yo2slick

I'd suggest printing your e-mail receipt just in case - it will make it easier to have Guest Services adjust any mistakes. We were once upgraded after sea passes were printed, and our free champagne and excursion tickets were sent to our old room rather than our new one. I was glad I had my receipt. But other than that one instance, I've never had an issue. Yo2slick, MDIAZ72, Hoski and 1 other
MDIAZ72
Hi!I had printed the receipt for the reservation of the excursions on my last cruise and days before travelling I received a very useful email from Royal Caribbean that was a summary of all my Cruise Planner (excursions, dinners, shows, ...) There I checked that everything was correct, I printed the email and took it along with the other travel documents. On embarkation day I had no problem and I found the tickets for the booked excursions in my cabin. Hoski, Yo2slick and ChessE4
