Kingk92
Is the Key worth the money? It would be 418 dollars for us to get it. Is the embarkation and debarkation on the ships that bad that you would pay that kind of money for it? Thanks!

Is the embarkation and debarkation on the ships that bad that you would pay that kind of money for it? Thanks! Matt was asked this question on a broadcast a couple days ago. Here is some of the points he shared: The Key is ideal for those who are low in Crown & Anchor status or someone who isn't loyal to Royal, but would like "perks". If you would already plan on purchasing the internet package, would also take advantage of the priority seating at shows, the 1st day lunch, and access to special scheduling for activities like flowrider or rock climbing.(Because why pay for it and not utilize it...) If you reserve a stateroom that does not give you similar perks. All in all, you have to weigh the cost against those things and decide what value you would assign to them. My sister and I have been debating this as well for our 2020 cruise. The $400 would cover internet package and possibly a couple excursions, or specialty dining along with a trip to the spa. Hope you find your solution :) Here are links to Matt's and Twangster's review of the Key... https://www.royalcaribbeanblog.com/2019/03/26/royal-caribbeans-the-key-worth-it https://www.royalcaribbeanblog.com/2018/12/04/review-royal-caribbeans-the-key-vip-guest-experience Kingk92
