Sausagedog214
Hello everyone . I lead the Facebook group for the Anthem of the Seas, departing August 29th. Members of the group would like a meetup just for us group members, separate from the cruise critic meet and mingle. Is there a way we can officially reserve a space on the ship just for us? If so, how? One of the members says she has attended private events on Royal ships before, and says Royal even provided snacks and beverages. Unfortunately, she doesn’t know how it was arranged. Ok everyone thanks, I appreciate your help and insights!
Rackham
This is probably their website you're looking for: Group Event Customization . There's a chance that she attended a private party in a Star Class suite. In which case the Royal Genie would've been the contact person for the host. CruiseGus
Cruised with a larger group once, and had a couple of private parties, but those private venue came with a cost to the group.

jticarruthers
We just had a group of about 100 people and were able to reserve spaces through the group co-ordinator. We were an "official" group though we didnt just ask and the group space was also not free (actually the space was but the cocktails/food was not). Matt
As others said, you need to be a group in the eyes of a group department. That means essentially having a room block where you all book with same travel agency. Since that is unlikely, your next best bet is to either takeover a likely empty venue (Vintages, Card Room, etc) or speak to Cruise Director and hope for the best.
