I guess since I didn't get an answer, it explains the empty cell on my spreadsheet. Bumping up for hopefully an answer the second time around. I can confirm the port has clearly posted prices at the taxi area with each destination having a seperate banner. By the clarity of price, it seems like haggling is at a minimum. I've got two more stops there in the next 8 weeks, so trying to make my own trip this time. I'm not a haggler, very uncomfortable doing it.
