cm07
Hi. When doing online check in, there are options to either link a credit card, cash or it says no privelege. If I choose no privelege, does that mean that if I make purchases onboard then I have to make them by just using my own credit card? Thanks. No privilege mean you won't be able to make any purchases on board, period. The only option for on board purchases is to use a SeaPass card, no other form of payment is allowed. From a drink at a bar to the shops on board, everything is charged to SeaPass cards. If you don't want to supply a credit card I'd consider selecting cash account but this will require you visit guest services on board to make cash payments towards your account and purchases. Personally I always provide a credit card. I've never had a problem.
Atlantix2000
"No privilege" is mostly used for children so they can't purchase things on their own. (This avoids things like $200/day at the arcade, 15 sodas a day at $4 each , etc). Their SeaPass card is then only an ID and a door key.
