Franny
Just checking online to see if I can reserve entertainment ahead of time, but can't seem to get past the log in page. It shows that I've linked my cruise, but that's as far as I can get. Any guidance would be very helpful. My cruise is in 60 days. KristiZ
You're using the app to view? If so, try the webpage instead. If you're on the webpage, there should be a button that says "Plan My Cruise" under the listing for the trip. That will take you to the Cruise Planner and you'll be able to see if any entertainment is available for prebooking. Good luck! sabarwolf
Seconded. My advice is check to see if everything is spelled right. I had a problem early on using Cruise Planner because my husband and I have a hyphenated last name and we didn't know right away how our Travel Agent put us into Royal Caribbean's system since special characters weren't allowed.
