Any suggestions on what to bring (e.g., towel) or leave behind on the ship? Is the food safe and okay? Other suggestions? The forecast is 93 high and chance of t-storms. Momof4crazytocruise Posted July 8, 2019 Report Share Posted July 8, 2019 We enjoyed Blue Waters Beach Club. It was clean, chairs right on the water, and they kept the vendors from harassing you. The food was a buffet under a pavilion - and we thought it was pretty good. The drinks were never empty, and the kids had a ball on the beach. Not much snorkeling, and the water is really shallow, which was nice for the kids. Bring towels from the ship, sunscreen, and an open mind! It is pretty private, and everybody there is probably a cruise passenger. Edited to add: I brought beach toys for the kids. CrznTxn Posted July 9, 2019 Report Share Posted July 9, 2019 We have used Blue Waters Beach Club with our grandkids and the shallow water was perfect. The staff is great and involve the kids in games (scavenger hunt) and luau type dancing for those inclined. The food was good and as stated above it is kept clean. It is also close to port.
