Beverage packages

Does anybody have information on a beverage package that includes soda and a generic water ( not evion ).

I had read a post saying such a package is available, but I can't find it now.

Thanks

Ultimate, premium, select, and royal replenish all include bottled water. (not evion)  Could be wrong about select, but I think it does.  The only one that does not is royal refreshment...  I thought when you replied to Doc with "that may be our way to go"... you were all set haha.  Replenish

Actually, only the Royal Replenish and Ultimate include water; the others do not, although all do appear to include soda.

I thought so also, but my wife isn't convinced. Lol

Several years ago, we were on Independence. At that time you could get a bottle of water if you had the basic soda package. She is so sure it's still available.

According to this flyer from RCI 's cruise planner http://media.royalcaribbean.com/content/shared_assets/pdf/menus/beverage_packages.pdf

Three packages have bottled water.

Missed the Premium; thanks for the clarification.  Of course, if you want sparkling water, then the Premium package is out.

If a company needs graphics to explain these packages, it should be its first clue that they're too complicated. ;)

I've sailed with the Premium Package on my last five cruises..... definitely includes bottled water.  As you can see by the screen shot I just took in cruise planner, there is even a bottle of water in the picture advertising it.

Just to reiterate what DocLC said, although the offical answer is no, you can bring on water. Everytime iv cruised iv seen many many people with cases of water and pop go on with no problems. You just have to carry them on with you, you can't check them. If you do check them you will have to go to the naughty room to collect luggage while they shake and inspect every bottle.

Thanks for the clarification!!! Looks like the soad and water package is for me, with me buying the occasional drink or two. But I have to ask......is going to the "naughty room" (LOL @ THE NAME) really that awful?

Haahahahahah.... I guess it depends on what you may be going to the naughty room for.  I have only experienced it once, and that was back in 2008 for my honeymoon cruise.  Which was also my first cruise.  I apparently did not read the list of restricted items close enough.  I will repeat that this was my honeymoon.... Luggage was not to our room by the late seating for dinner.  Afterwards called GS and was informed I had to go to the 'Naughty Room" to retrieve my luggage.  Went to GS where of course I was escorted to the "sassy rejected luggage place" by a beautiful girl who was about my age at that time, 23... Who then instructed me to remove said restricted item from my suitcase while she watched..  SOOOOO embarrassing let me tell you haha.  BUT.... If I was to be going there to claim my case of bottled water, probably would not be any sort of big deal at all.  Easy peasey.   :D

Now I'm dying to know what the restricted item was! lol

On our last cruise (Enchantment Aug/2015) My husband and I both got the Ultimate. We also got a flyer (tried to attach but couldn't figure out how) That gave us a free RR with the purchase of Ultimate. This time (Liberty May/2016) I am wondering should we get the Ultimate again???

I was going to ask about the bottled water also.  My 7 year old Granddaughter only drinks water and the occasional sweet tea.  There is no way she can drink that much water to get her monies worth so I guess we will just pay as we go for her.  I'm tempted to bring a small package of 8-oz waters in her carry on.

Considering how inexpensive bottled water is, that wouldn't be too much of a risk to take.

I agree with Matt. The financial risk is low, so give it a try.

We taken on caffeine-free Coke Zero on our last three cruises knowing that we might not be allowed to bring it out. At worse, we'd be out $5. In all cases, we've been allowed to carry it on.

No it does not include "bottled" water but if there is a free-style machine you can get poweraid and lemonades.

Do the free-style machines have just plain (un-bottled) water?  The Coke free-style machines here at home have it.  My 8 YO granddaughter usually only drinks water.  There is no way she will drink even an entire bottle of water in one sitting.
