Refreshment Package

Hello everyone, I'm a first-time poster, long-time reader :).

Anyhoo, I just booked my 4th cruise through RC, and will be sailing on Allure of the Seas in December 2019!

I am considering purchasing the refreshment package for the first time; however, I am mostly interested in it for the freshly squeezed orange juice at breakfast and mostly for the bottled water. My last cruise was in December 2018 on Serenade of the Seas and for whatever reason the regular water did not agree with me, so I'm definitely interested in this package. Will RC only allow me to obtain one bottle of water at a time, or will I be able to obtain several bottles in one shot? I'm thinking (if it's permitted) that I would like to take 3 bottles of water with me at every port.

Please let me know.  thank you!

Just curious.... what brand of bottled water is available with the refreshment package?

Pretty much no name brands....I don't even remember the name.  I laughed one day...they must have been running short of the cheap bottles one day in the schooner bar because I got a bottle of Evian which never happens.  Jane

The smaller bottles that they give you at the bars is a no name brand, I'm like @mom2mybugs , so generic a name that it doesn't even register a memory.

If you buy it for your room in the bigger bottles you get Evian.

I purchased the refreshment package and was wondering if they put a limit on the number of espresso based drinks? LOVE my coffee.

Not that I’ve ever seen!  There might be a 5 or 10 minute wait in between...which might be true like alcohol purchases...but I’ve never had a coffee limit!  Jane

I truly believe that if you shoot a shot of espresso in front of the staff at cafe promenade they would be happy to get you another one right away and likely give you a sticker!  That would be impressive but no there is no waiting period unless of course it became to look obvious that you ordered a mocha, walked away and came back to get another, then they may suspect you are handing it off to someone else.

I was hoping the bottled water would be a name brand. As I don’t really drink anything other than water, I’ll think about it before I make my purchase. It’s currently $34.00 per day, so I’ll definitely have to think about it.

Thank you everyone for your responses !

It's funny you say that about Evian. We had two people with CPAP machines in a Royal Family Suite in Feb. They gave us a 12 count case of the large Liter size Evian water for free for use in the CPAPs. On Amazon that is worth $60.00!!

Uh, Evian is not an acceptable replacement for distilled water for a CPAP machine!

Does anyone know if one person can get a Refreshment Package in the room and the other person not?  My husband is the cheapest drinker ever-water and black coffee of any kind.  However, I prefer additional options such as sodas, juices, expresso beverages.

Thank you!

It's only the Deluxe package that will require everyone to purchase.  Refreshment can be bought for one.
