Transfer to Disney World from Port Canaveral

Husband and daughter are contemplating taking Anthem out of NJ with a stop in PC.  We are Disney people (as Matt can attest to) and they are interested in doing the transfer to WDW.  The question of "is it worth it?" is neither here nor there.  The questions we have are:

Where do they drop off/pick up?

Does the bus/transportation go to multiple stops such as Universal or Disney Springs in addition to the parks? Does it drop off at TTC or each park?

How long is the trip usually? 

They would be in PC from 12-9.

Do you know if they offer similar excursions for Universal Studios?

Keep in mind the it typically takes 30-60 minutes to get from a bus to the actual park gate and the same to get back to the bus if ferries or Monorails are involved.
