cruisestuff
In this PDF, it says that an all-access tour is a special benefit for suite guests, but I remember seeing something on the Royal Caribbean website saying it was only for Star-class suites (I'm in Sky-class). Does anyone know if all suite guests can do this tour? Thanks! (I'm on Symphony of the Seas) 4444.pdf
Fairlynew
I have the same question.
melmar02
And just to muddy the waters... how does this work on a non-Oasis class ship (Liberty)?
Clear Laker
Star Class is only available on Quantum Class and Oasis Class ships
cruisestuff
So, I found another PDF on a different device that actually says that Behind the Scenes tours are actually only available for Diamond Plus and Pinnacle Club (I'm Gold). Do we just ask the Suite Lounge Concierge? https://www.royalcaribbean.com/faq/questions/what-are-the-benefits-of-the-suites-program
WAAAYTOOO
I would definitely ask the Concierge. We get these invites all the time but frankly, I have never been sure if it was a function of being in a suite or being D+. I really do NOT know. melmar02
KristiZ
Just now, melmar02 said: Right, but "Bridge, Galley & Backstage Tours" is listed as a benefit for Grand Suite and up on non Q and O ships too. Do we just ask the Suite Lounge Concierge? https://www.royalcaribbean.com/faq/questions/what-are-the-benefits-of-the-suites-program You will get an invitation to participate in a tour of some sort. They have actually varied over our last 5, non-Oasis, GS cruises. It will be on an at sea day, usually later in the trip. The Concierge may or may not know for sure what will be offered until the day before. It depends on what crew members are available to do the tours. melmar02

twangster
They also vary as a D+ member. Benefits & amenities may vary by ship. Some benefits may not be available on all sailings.
cruisestuff
Thanks for the help! I think I'll ask the Concierge about this.
Matt
In past stays when I've stayed in a suite, the concierge has extended backstage tour invitations to us. This was in non-Star Class suites.
