I did find my excursion booklet for that cruise. Let me scan in the pages for St. Maarten. Standby... Here are the excursions offered on board for St. Maarten on December 25, 2017. Keep in mind we were one of the first ships to return following the 2017 hurricanes. As such many excursions were not offered and would not appear in this PDF. I would expect even more to be offered now since the island has come a long way since then.
