LindaN
We just got in Symphony and have the key but I can’t find my voom code. There is a key letter in the room that says follow the instructions with this letter but there are no instructions???

Otherwise, go to Guest Services.
twangster
Find the Voom specialist on board. They'll have it. Often on boarding day they are in the promenade at a Voom kiosk. In my case it was given to me at the Key carry on baggage holding station but that was before cabins were ready well before 1pm.
mworkman
I've had it given to me at check-in, it's been in the room with the welcome letter and I've had to go get it from the Voom kiosk.
SpeedNoodles
They gave me one when I dropped off my luggage AND there was one in my room. They weren't even the same code. Go figure.
LindaN
I have the answer now, and it did not involve me getting a code. Here is how a guy downstairs told me to do it. -Put your device in airplane mode - go to settings and connect to royal-wifi - click access internet and then when the voom screen comes up that asks you for a Username and Pin, click “create account” below that. I created the account by entering the info asked, which included my stateroom, first name and I made my own pin. i did the same on my husband and daughters and now all our internet is activated. Our internet was included with the key.

twangster
Navigator used the username and PIN newer Voom pages in March but I bought Voom on board so didn't question the lack of a code. It makes sense that the system can be aware that you have a Voom plan based on your cabin number. One less piece of paper to distribute. It was pretty chaotic. Still, I'd do it again on the right cruise.

Same experience, could be any of those three.
