Choice refers to your standing in the Casino Royale program.  Casino Royale is Royal Caribbean's casino loyalty program.

Which makes it very curious that of the five adults sailing together in June, the only one WITHOUT "Choice" on the Set Sail Pass is the individual who spends the most in the casino.

Is there any casino status at all for this person ?  Does it say "Prime" anywhere ?

If this person has sailed and gambled on a Royal Caribbean ship in the past year, they should be a member of Club Royale.  If all of this has occurred and there is no casino status notation of any kind, that person needs to call Club Royale and ask why they aren't already enrolled.  They should be.  Call 888-561-2234.

I have been a Club Royale members since the program began and every so often they forget about me and I have to call and remind them so it does happen.

None whatsoever. And some of those with Choice haven't sailed in almost two years.

Thanks for the phone info.

Didn't realize that PRIME came with benefits. OOPS! I missed out on those in a recent year and now see that I'm back down to choice since they reset each year:

Tier Credits are earned from April 1 to March 31 the following year and determine your Club Royale tier status. Tier Credits reset to zero at each annual tier renewal on April 1st.
All Club Royale members will receive an extension of their 2020 tier status through March 31, 2022
