Sofa Bed Question

When we were on the Harmony last year the sofa bed was actual a small bed that pulled out from the bottom and then another could sleep on the "sitting part" as it were.

Does anyone know if other ships are now like this, specifically allure?

Or are they more the fold down flat sofa concept like what you see in hospital rooms or a more traditional sofa bed?

I looked for a thread on this but didnt see the specific question so apologize if a repeat@

It was like how you describe on Symphony but am guessing more an actual flat sofa bed on Allure..  I"m sure someone can confirm.

do they keep the "sofa bed" in the day so that it can act as a sofa, and convert it to "sofa bed" during evening downturn?

or do they leave it as a "sofa bed" throughout?

They open and close as needed. Sofa during day and make up into bed at night.

Unless you specifically request that it be left as a "bed" at all times, your cabin steward will convert it back and forth each day.
