Traveler Posted March 18, 2019 Report Share Posted March 18, 2019 Until now (and we will see what will happen on April) if it was a free casino voucher you got the points per the regular roles (X2 for single and X2 for suite) but if you use the annual free cruise you would not get any point unless you upgraded it to the next level. not sure about the other mail offers from the casino. Nope didn't upgrade it and still got my points.. Awhile back Royal threatened to take away double points on free cruises for solo's and junior suites.. Well this made everyone go on cruise critic and go crazy. It caused such a commotion that within 24 hours Royal changed the policy back and that is why we still get our points lol. Especially since they outsourced most of their work to that terrible call center in Jamaica. I find them to be absolutely useless and annoying.
