Deck Suggestions for Adventure of the Seas?

Hello! My family and I are considering sailing on Adventure of the Seas in Summer 2020. We have been on one RC cruise previously (Oasis of the Seas). Any suggestions for the deck to choose for our cabin location? Thanks in advance!

I'd look for a room near an elevator bank with other staterooms on the decks below and above your room. That's really the only criteria for my room searches.

I agree with this but don't really care about the closeness to an elevator.  If you are looking for 2 rooms for your family, Adventure has a few OVB that connect to an interior on deck 9.  We are in the OVB and my kids in the interior which saves quite a bit of money.

We'll be on the Adventure the end of May - we're on Deck 8 almost exactly in the middle of the ship

Hello fellow cruiser!  They way I pick my room is by looking at what's above me and what's below me deck wise.  I think a deck sandwiched in between other cabin decks are the best.  Then I usually stay towards the aft (rear) close by the elevators.   You have to be careful not to pick a room if the deck above you is a bar or dinning area or night club since you may hear noises from above.  Some people don't really care, but that's how I decide.  I also rather be on a higher deck as well.   Deck 8 or 9 is good depending on the size of the ship.

My family and I just came off an 8  night Eastern on Adventure.  We had two cabins on deck 8, port side mid aft.  I thought it was a great location.  3 decks up to the Windjammer and 3 decks down to MDR.  She is a great ship and easy to navigate.  Enjoy.  We had a great time.

We just were on the 7 night last week.   Had 7515 near the front although we always chose not to spend a lot on rooms.  Short walk to the forward elevators.   But then again that ship is so easy to navigate I found it was easy to get around anywhere we wanted to go.    Room was quiet and comfortable.
