TheWHOfan
Release Form do you have to sign one every time? To Ice Skate and to do the Flow Rider do you have to sign the release form every time? Can our 12 year old go by herself after we sign the release over and over. marti314
You only sign it once per cruise vacation. It used to be part of the check in process online but this is the link: https://secure.royalcaribbean.com/adc/waivers/processReservation.do TheWHOfan

You can sign it but keep in mind that this release actually holds no weight in court should an accident occur. TheWHOfan
Matt
You can also fill out the waiver via your stateroom TV on some ships, or at the sports deck. TheWHOfan
