Matt Posted March 4, 2019 Report Share Posted March 4, 2019 What time you can actually disembark largely depends on some factors that will vary from sailing to sailing. When a Royal Caribbean ship returns to port at the end of a cruise, the Coast Guard must conduct an inspection and disembarkation will only begin once the ship is cleared. In most cases, you can expect disembarkation to begin sometime in the 7am hour. Sometimes it's earlier, and sometimes later. Again, it's out of RC's hands.
